Steampunk Star Wars

Hey everyone, Yes I have joined the Hardcore Modeling Competition on CGTalk. Even though I'm working fulll time at Bent and I may be doing some freelance in the near future outside of Bent, but I couldn't pass this one up. The competition is to create a star wars character in the steampunk style from a list of concept art submitted by other CGTalkers. I have picked to do Bjorn Hurrin's concept of the steampunk Storm Trooper.

I have only really started detailing the head. I am still blocking out the other shapes.

VENOM Update

This is the first color pass, there still needs to be a lot more detail in the head area and fingernails. I'm still looking for the best pose, but this one seems to be the most dynamic.
